I am having trouble logging into Varjo Base
There can be a couple of reasons why this problem occurs. Try the following:
- Log into Varjo Account Portal using the same computer and network connection. If you cannot log into Varjo Account Portal, make sure that your account name and password are correct. Reset your Varjo Account password if necessary.
- If you can successfully log into Varjo Account Portal but not Varjo Base, make sure that your firewall is set up to allow the required network access. Read more about the network requirements for Varjo Base.
Note that if you have used your XR-4 Series headset with a personal account, a commercial account is needed in order to use the XR-4 Series headsets after Varjo Base 4.10 release.
