Varjo Base shows an error message.
Varjo Base can detect error situations and will display instructions to solve the issue. To recover from the error, follow the instructions in Varjo Base.
If the issue persists, we advice you to check the following:
- Varjo Base version: We recommend using the latest Varjo Base version with XR-3, VR-3, and Varjo Aero. For XR -1 Developer Edition, VR-2 Pro, VR-2, and VR-1, see System requirements for the latest supported version. You can check for updates in Varjo Base Settings > Support > Software updates, or you can upload any version of Varjo Base from Downloads.
- The drivers for your NVIDIA graphics card: You may need to update them. Download the latest versions from NVIDIA website.
- Your computer’s BIOS: You may need to update it to the latest version. Consult your motherboard manufacturer for instructions.
If the issue persists, please submit a diagnostics report and contact Varjo Support for further assistance.
