One or more of the headset displays are off or they show a corrupted image.
We recommend you try the following to solve this issue:
- Reset the headset: Press and hold both headset buttons until the LED light blinks once. Wait until the headset has restarted, then check that image inside the headset is displayed correctly.
- Unplug the headset from its power source(s) and restart your computer. After your computer has restarted, reconnect the headset. Wait until the headset has restarted, then check that the image inside the headset is displayed correctly.
- Ensure that your NVIDIA GPU driver is up to date. Check System requirements for supported versions.
