I connected the headset using an external dock between my headset and Windows computer for extra ports. I cannot see the image on my headset display.
Using an external dock to connect your headset may cause compatibility issues.
Some desktop motherboards also route USB connections through an internal hub, which places USB devices too far in the USB chain. We recommended you connect to a port on the back of the computer as these are likely connected to the USB root.
