How can I change my Varjo Account type?

There are two types of Varjo Account: commercial and personal accounts. Read more about the different account types.

An email address can only be associated with one Varjo Account. To change your account type, delete your existing account and create a new one. Follow these instructions:

  1. In Varjo Account Portal, open the My account page.
  2. Select Delete account to delete your existing Varjo Account.
  3. Select Delete account to confirm. All data related to your account is erased from the Varjo servers.
  4. Create a new account using the same email address and select the desired account type.
