I connected the headset to my desktop PC using the headset adapter but I cannot see an image on my headset display
There can be a few reasons why this is happening. To solve this issue, try the following:
- Make sure that the adapter(s) are connected to a wall power socket using the Varjo-supplied power source.
- Make sure that all USB cables are connected accordingly. You may also try switching USB ports on the back of the computer. Note that the ports at the front are often routed through a USB hub, which may cause connectivity issues. For detailed instructions, go to Setting up your headset and choose your headset model.
- If your computer has both an integrated graphics card and a dedicated graphics card, make sure to use the ports on your dedicated graphics card.
- Restart your computer and reconnect the adapter(s) if you are still encountering issues.
Note: The adapter(s) that come with a headset are not interchangeable with different headset models.
