What is your product return policy for private customers?

Summary of Varjo's return policy

As a private customer, you can return your product within 14 calendar days from the date when you received it.

All returning products must be unused and in the same condition as you received them. The products must be returned in their original packaging. You will be asked to provide a receipt or a proof of purchase when returning the product.

If you purchased the product via Varjo’s webstore for private customers, first contact Varjo by filling in and submitting a support form (Delivery). In the support form, please provide your order number. As soon as we have handled your request, we provide you a label for return. You will be fully refunded once we have received and inspected the returned product.

If you purchased the product from Varjo’s reseller, please contact the reseller in question to return the product.
