Activating Varjo licenses
Varjo licenses give you access to expanded feature sets in Varjo Base.
The licenses can be activated with or without internet connection. You can use these instructions to activate a Varjo Base Pro license, Offline package, and Varjo Base Pro + Offline package bundle.
If you can connect your device to the internet, follow these instructions. If not, see Activating licenses without internet connection.
To activate an available license:
- Log into Varjo Base with your Varjo Account.
- Connect your headset.
- Navigate to Settings > Support > Licenses > Available licenses.
- Select Open.
- Follow the instructions in Varjo Base.
Activating licenses without internet connection
If your headset is used on a device that is not connected to the internet, we recommend connecting the headset to another computer in your organization that has internet access and activating the license there. Once the license is activated, you can continue using the headset without internet connection.
If your headset cannot be connected to a device that has internet access, it is possible to activate licenses without internet connection. The activation can be done by generating a license activation file for your headset in Varjo Account Portal and importing the file to Varjo Base on the computer that is connected to your headset.
To start activating the license, navigate to the instruction in Varjo Account Portal:
- Open Varjo Account Portal.
- Log in with your Varjo Account.
- Select the My organizations tab.
- Select your organization.
- Under XR-4 Series plans, select the plan that has an available license.
- Under ‘Licenses’, select an available license.
- Under ‘Do you need to activate the license without internet connection?’, open the link.
- Follow the instructions in Varjo Account Portal.
