Activating Varjo Base Pro license

The license can be activated with or without internet connection. If you can connect your device to the internet, follow these instructions. If not, see Activating Varjo Base Pro license without internet connection. 

Before you start:

  • Make sure your device is connected to the internet.
  • Download Varjo Base from Varjo Account Portal.
  • Log into Varjo Base with your Varjo Account. 

Activate Varjo Base Pro license

  1. Connect your headset.  
  2. Navigate to Settings > Support > Licenses > Varjo Base Pro.  
  3. Select Open.  
  4. Follow the instructions in Varjo Base.

 

Activating Varjo Base Pro without internet connection

If your headset is used on a device that is not connected to the internet, we recommend connecting the headset to another computer in your organization that has internet access and activating the license there. Once the license is assigned to the headset you can continue using Varjo Base Pro features without internet connection. 

It is possible to activate Varjo Base Pro license without internet connection if your headset cannot be connected to a device that has internet access. The activation can be done by generating a license activation file for your headset in Varjo Account Portal and importing the file to Varjo Base on the computer that is connected to your headset. 


To start activating the license, navigate to the instruction in Varjo Account Portal: 

  1. Open Varjo Account Portal.
  2. Log in with your Varjo Account.
  3. Select the My organizations tab.
  4. Select your organization.
  5. Under XR-4 Series plans, select the plan that has an available license.
  6. Under ‘Licenses’, select an available license.
  7. Under ‘Do you need to activate the license without internet connection?’, open the link.
  8. Follow the instructions in Varjo Account Portal.
